Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased from Regen4DUSA.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased fromRegen4DUSA.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Items noted as final sale or not-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return.
Regen4DUSA.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Regen4DUSA.com. If issued in these instances, Regen4DUSA.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check. For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the payment was split between a credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card, the credit is applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card first.
Shipping
For your convenience, please find the estimated delivery timeframes below. Please note that they are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.
Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. Please allow 1- 2 business days for order processing with standard shipping. Same day processing will only apply to rush orders with 2nd day or next day air shipping. For all 2nd day and next day air shipments, orders must be received by 12pm EST.

Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Overnight Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

Regen4DUSA.com is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Regen4DUSA.com is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
